Renew Your Membership

Membership forms can be filled out at the bar and submitted to the bartender on duty during any open club business hours. Please have your current membership card, member number, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number on hand to do so. 

If you have not been a member for more than 12 consecutive months and have a probationary membership, you may not purchase a three year renewal. 

65 years of age or older with 10 years continuous membership prior to age of eligibility - Free

65 years of age or older with less than 10 years continuous membership - $100.00

56-64 years of age (minimum 10 years continuous membership) - $187.50

46-55 years of age (minimum 10 years continuous membership) - $250

35-45 years of age (minimum 10 years continuous membership) - $375

Under 35 years of age (minimum 10 years continuous membership) - $500

New membership forms can be filled out at the bar and submitted to the bartender on duty during any open club business hours. Please have your drivers license, mailing address, phone number, employer name, employer address, and sponsor with valid membership card and member number on hand to do so.  

All new applicants for membership must present proof of good character during the application process. This will be satisfied by the following: 

1. Completion of the membership application with payment of $50 new application fee. A Pennsylvania State Police Background Check will be completed. 
2. Provided your application is submitted by the second Wednesday of the month, you will need to attend the next monthly general membership meeting with your sponsor for your first membership reading. If the application is not received by the close of business on the second Wednesday of the month, you will need to attend the general membership meeting the following month. General membership monthly meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 7pm. 
3. Once your first reading is completed, the new application will have a 30 day waiting period to allow for the completion of the Pennsylvania State Police Background Check. Once received and approved for proof of character, and without any objections from board, trustees, or membership regarding membership, the new member and their sponsor must attend the second reading the following month at the general monthly membership meeting to be voted into membership. This is the meeting where new members will gain their membership card, membership numbers, and access codes to the PFCHA doors. 

New Members will be on a 12 month consecutive probationary period. During this probationary period, new members will be unable to: 

• Sponsor other members into membership
• Vote in any balloted vote conducted by the Trustees and Executive Board
• Purchase a three year membership at renewal
